Returns and Complaints

If you want to return a product, you can contact us within 14 days after receiving the package. Please note that we will charge you for all shipping costs and additional fees (such as packaging and material costs etc.) and that you are responsible for sending the package back to us in a safe manner.

Once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your money (less shipping costs) as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal

Wenn Sie eine Lieferung reklamieren wollen, weil das Produkt bei der Ankunft kaputt oder beschädigt ist, kontaktieren Sie uns so schnell wie möglich mit Details, Bildern und allen zusätzlichen Informationen unter artworks@yuliawolf.com. Wir werden uns schnell mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen.

Any possible customs fees are to be paid by the buyer.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Farben, Schattierungen und Texturen auf den Fotos anders aussehen können als in Wirklichkeit. Unsere Kunstwerke werden professionell fotografiert und wir versuchen, unsere Kunstwerke so originalgetreu wie möglich darzustellen. Je nach Kontrast, Farbeinstellungen und Helligkeit auf Ihrem Bildschirm können die Fotos vom Originalgemälde abweichen.
