Returns and Complaints

If you want to return a product, you can contact us within 14 days after receiving the package. Please note that we will charge you for all shipping costs and additional fees (such as packaging and material costs etc.) and that you are responsible for sending the package back to us in a safe manner.

Once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your money (less shipping costs) as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal

If you want to claim a delivery because the product is broken or damaged upon arrival, contact us as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information at artworks@yuliawolf.com. We will contact you quickly.

Any possible customs fees are to be paid by the buyer.

Please note that colors, shades and textures can appear different on the photos than in reality. Our artworks are professionally photographed and we try to represent our artworks as faithfully as possible. Depending on the contrast, color settings and brightness of your screen, the photos may differ from the original painting.
