Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, i.e. you have 14 days after receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase contract. You will then be refunded the purchase price minus shipping costs.

The prerequisite is that your item is in the same condition as you received it. It must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at artworks@yuliawolf.com  to contact. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items that are returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the matter.

Refund

We will notify you once we have inspected your return if the refund is approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
