Delivery times, shipping costs and payment methods

High-quality art objects are not created in assembly line work or mass production. You can expect quality from me. For this reason, we ask for your understanding for the delivery times that can arise in the case of pictures due to complex manufacturing processes.

We deliver the images worldwide.

We select our shipping partners with particular care.

For postage, packaging and insurance of pictures we charge you 14.80 EUR for shipments within Germany.

We charge EUR 14.80 for postage, packaging and insurance for pictures sent to Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.

The shipping costs for shipments to Luxembourg, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are EUR 20.00.

For deliveries to other EU countries (excluding islands) we charge a cost share of EUR 35.00.

For deliveries to non-EU countries and to islands in other EU countries, the shipping costs are EUR 95.00.

Customs or import fees for deliveries of goods outside of Germany

Our company cannot influence the fees charged by the recipient countries and cannot communicate them in advance. The customs regulations of the recipient countries are not standardized. If you need more detailed information on this, please contact the customs office responsible for your region. Please note that you have to comply with the respective national regulations when importing goods.

Import specifications for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may incur charges (e.g. customs duties, VAT). The customs authorities of the Swiss Confederation will answer any questions you may have about the scope of the duties or the details of import processing.
